| This has been a two-year project for Zebrano. Phase 1 was to dig down and build a proper basement. Phase 2 was to: design and install a wine cellar and bar, basement bathroom with steam shower, sauna, storage units, flooring, lighting, windows, doors and hardware. Phase 3 was to faux paint the kitchen cabinets with a 9-step colour process, to install new granite countertops, design a deco tile backsplash, source new stools, and a kitchen table and chairs. Phase 4 was to design the master bedroom. This included: sourcing wallpaper and hardware, utilizing unique painting techniques, and designing an exotic custom wood floor. Window treatments completed the project. |
