		This home is an on-going project. Phase 1 involved installing new white hardwood floors. Phase 2 was to install new carpet in the main living area, removal of a wall, and the sourcing of 20th century furniture and objects. Phase 3 was to design a new façade, which included new windows and front entrance. Phase 4 involved landscaping designs for the back yard.
