		This was a large project for Zebrano. Phase 1 was to level three floors with support beams and install new hardwood floors, baseboards, and lighting. This included removing walls and upgrading all the electrical in the home. Phase 2 was to design and build a fireplace on the main floor. Phase 3 consisted of designing a wall unit incorporating a fireplace and bookcases.
