Positions at Zebrano:

Household Manager
Our clients rely on their Household Manager to manage their lives! This position oversees our clients’ households for design, travel and personal services (includes, events, household staffing, property management, gifts). Our clients are busy professionals and the Household Manager ensures their home is functioning well at all times. If you are extremely organized, can multi-task, and like to build relationships with your clients... this is a fabulous position.

Household Specialist
Our clients rely on Zebrano to manage their household repairs and tasks. The Household Specialist’s role works with Zeb’s Preferred Suppliers to schedule and manage these tasks. Our Specialists are experts on the systems in a household, HVAC, irrigation, and pools. This is the ideal role if you are organized, you like to “get it done”, you can problem solve and ensure that tasks are done correctly.

Travel Concierge
Our Travel Team plans “experiences” for our clients. We truly are Travel Concierges…managing all aspects of our clients’ trips…ensuring VIP status for our clients at our Virtuoso hotels and resorts, restaurant recommendations and reservations, planning excursions, booking events – sports, music, theatre, arranging for transfers...etc. Every trip is custom designed for each client. This is the ideal role if you have a passion for travel, are detailed and organized, and understand the concept of planning personalized trips.

Design Concierge
Our clients are looking to work with designers with attention to detail, ability to project manage and multi-task in a dynamic fast paced work environment. Zebrano uniquely offers design services based on our clients’ lifestyles…it’s all about their preferences and tastes. This is a position for a designer who can think outside of the box, can handle a high level of responsibility, and loves design challenges. Project management experience, ARIDO and BCIN certification is an asset.
