CONCIERGE
Reports to: President

A challenging full time position is available for an energetic, highly organized person to join the Zeb Team. This position involves a high level of responsibility in a fast paced dynamic team environment. Zebrano's culture is creative, energetic and detail-obsessed. Our offices are located in a bright and beautiful space, just north of Yorkville. Zebrano offers lifestyle solutions, and manages all aspects of maintaining high-end households in Toronto. Our clients rely on Zebrano to manage their lives, their homes and their activities. The successful candidate will manage a number of clients and will oversee their households for personal services (i.e. the management of projects, maintenance, events, and everyday errands). 

If you are extremely organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and enjoy building relationships with your clients, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and nurture long term relationships with assigned clientele
• Manage and delegate tasks to maximize efficiency
• Quarterbacking all tasks for your households ensuring they are on track to meet and often exceed the clients' expectations and deadlines
• Work closely with the Zebrano Team to foster a sense of accountability and premium service
• Establish and achieve short, medium and long term targets for client growth
• Communicate with client proactively and reactively

Qualifications:
• University degree
• 5+ years working experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized and detailed
• Proven track record in sales, new business development, project management is an asset
• Very proficient Outlook, Excel & GSuite

Compensation will include salary combined with performance based bonus, benefits, car allowance, parking.

ACCOUNTING
Reports to: President

Zebrano offers lifestyle solutions and manages all aspects of maintaining high-end households in Toronto. Our clients rely on Zebrano to manage their lives, their homes, and their activities. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting activities.

If you are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask, this is the position for you.

Reports to: President

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting:

    • Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles

    • Prepare budget and financial forecasts

    • Conduct month-end and year-end close process, including updating accruals, prepaid, depreciation, etc

    • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

    • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

    • Facilitate daily banking activities such as setting up wire payments/EFT to vendors, updating pre-authorized payments, preparing cheque runs and similar activities.

    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and related schedules for all bank accounts.

    • Prepare monthly entries for various expenditures including telephone, shipping and others.

    • Prepare quarterly remittances for sales taxes (GST/HST/QST).

  • Reporting

    • Weekly accounting forecast reports

    • Weekly cash flow reports

    • Month-end reports and variance analysis

  • Payroll

    • Process semi-monthly payroll using Nebs Payweb

    • Track and keep recording all time-offs for employees

    • Issue ROE, T4s, and payroll government remittance

Qualifications:

  • A CPA (CA/CGA/CMA) designation will be an asset

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years related experience

  • Proficient in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts) and Gsuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive)

  • Must have excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Must have a high level of personal initiative

  • Able to work well both independently and in a team environment

  • Experience using Zoho Accounting and CRM is an asset

  • Experience of project-based accounting will be an asset
