We only work with a select group of clients, turning down one-off requests to ensure our full attention is on your home. You get a dedicated concierge and pay hourly for their time. They know what trades to call, how to book them faster, and rarely encounter a problem they haven't dealt with before. Your Concierge will work with you to develop a personalized household plan to take on your full-home maintenance.
YOU PURCHASE HOURS AS NEEDED THAT NEVER EXPIRE
There’s no long-term commitment required, though most clients choose to stay with us for years. You simply purchase a 60-hour block, and we bill against it in 15-minute increments for time spent quoting, researching, scheduling trades, and managing tasks on-site. No hidden fees—just expert support, as needed.
Hourly rate: $116 + HST
60 Hour Block: $6960 + HST

With your household plan in place, we schedule trusted trades to visit your home throughout the year—overseeing every task and ensuring projects are completed to our exacting standards. We’ve done this hundreds of times and obsess over every detail, so you can relax knowing it’ll be done right, on time, and on budget. CUSTOMIZED ACCOUNTING OVERVIEW
Zebrano has created a customized accounting overview that gives you a summary of your seasonal maintenance tasks and project expenses. Every trade job is individually outlined with the cost, as well as your hours usage. This summary helps you budget for seasonal expenses, and keep track of them in one place.
