Our clients live in large, complex, quirky homes in Toronto's best neighbourhoods. Their time is valuable, so they hire us to take on the home projects they don't have time for: preventative maintenance, repairs and improvements.
Think of us as a team of detail-obsessed project managers. We build an Annual Home Care Plan for every home and work with a roster of trades (plumbers, contractors, roofers, landscapers, HVAC, movers and more) to get the work done.
We are a members-only business. We turn down small jobs and one-off requests so we can give our time to a dedicated roster of clients. Clients pay us hourly to quote jobs, schedule trades and oversee work on-site. We have rigorous quality standards and make sure every job is done right and on time.
Zebrano was founded in 2001. The current owners bought the business in 2017 and have doubled the client roster since. We are a growing team brought together by a passion for great service.
You'll report to our VP Operations, learning from them and working together to look after a roster of client homes. Each day is a mix of client calls, site visits and scheduling trades: you'll quote jobs, oversee work on-site and stay in close touch with homeowners.
You're incredibly organized, you hold others to a high standard and you have no problem speaking up or asking questions. When something needs to get done, you roll up your sleeves and find a way to make it happen. Experience with high-net-worth clients is an asset. Home experience isn't required, just a real interest - we'll teach you everything you need to know about a home.
You're comfortable with an iPhone, a Mac, Google Docs, Google Sheets and a CRM. You have access to a car every day and can commute to Yorkville. This is an in-office position at 184 Davenport Rd.
