Small repairs and odd jobs for large and older homes, done by the right licensed trade and overseen by your Home Manager, instead of whoever is free on an app.
A sticking door, a running toilet, a light that won't come on, a picture to hang. In a smaller house, a handyman handles all of it. In a large or heritage house, the same jobs often need a plumber, an electrician, a finish carpenter or a plasterer, and someone who knows the house well enough to notice the bigger problem behind the small one.
That is what Zebrano does. You make one call. Your Home Manager sends the right licensed trade for the job, oversees it and keeps a record, so the next repair starts with the history of your house, not from zero.
Apps like Jiffy are built for one task at a time. Whoever is available shows up, nobody oversees the work and nobody remembers your house next time. Zebrano is the opposite: the same Home Manager, licensed and insured trades, many of whom have worked with us for up to 20 years, and one company accountable for the result.
We look after homes in Rosedale, Forest Hill, Moore Park, Summerhill, Deer Park, Lawrence Park and across Toronto.
Members buy a minimum of 60 hours of Home Manager time at $121 an hour, with no monthly fees, and unused hours never expire. Trade work is billed through Zebrano as it is done.
Small repairs and installations: sticking doors and drawers, hanging art and mirrors, caulking, minor drywall and paint touch-ups, new hardware, furniture assembly and small fixes after a trade visit. Work that needs a licensed trade, like electrical or gas, goes to the right specialist.
Not electrical work. In Ontario, electrical work done for a homeowner must be done by a licensed electrical contractor, and gas work by a licensed gas technician. Small plumbing jobs like a tap washer are fine, but new lines go to a licensed plumber. Your Home Manager sends the right person.
No. Zebrano is a members-only service, so we can give our time to the homes we look after. Members call their Home Manager for anything from a sticking door to a new roof, and small jobs are billed through Zebrano with everything else.
Yes, and across our Toronto neighbourhoods, including Lawrence Park, the Bridle Path, Hoggs Hollow, York Mills, Yorkville, Moore Park, Summerhill and Deer Park.
You make one call and someone who already knows the house decides who should do the job, books them and checks the work. Small jobs that turn out to be bigger, like a stain that is really a leak, go straight to the right licensed trade.
There are no monthly fees. Members buy a minimum of 60 hours of Home Manager time at $121 an hour, and unused hours never expire. Trade and maintenance work is billed through Zebrano as it is done, on the same invoice, because every home's needs are different.
The small jobs are how we learn your house. By the time something big happens, your Home Manager already knows the systems, the shut-offs and the trades.
