Home management for the estate homes of St. Andrew-Windfields and Post Road.
Your Zebrano Home Manager keeps every system on schedule and every trade accountable. We plan the year, contract the work, oversee it on site and report back, so a large North York house runs with one call instead of a dozen.
On the first chilly night, one zone of a large estate house stays cold because the radiant floor loop and the multi-zone controls are not talking to each other. The owner calls the Home Manager, who sends the licensed technician who knows the system, and the technician finds the fault in the zone, the pump or the controls. The fix is recorded in the Annual Home Care Plan, and the generator and pool systems stay on their own service schedules alongside it.
St. Andrew-Windfields in North York, including the Post Road area, is known for large estate homes on generous lots, many with pools, extensive landscaping and complex mechanical systems.
