A dedicated Home Manager

One person who knows your home: its systems, shut-offs, history and trades. Call, text or email them about anything, big or small. They triage it, book the right trade and follow up until it's done.

No monthly fees

Buy a minimum of 60 hours of Home Manager time at $121 an hour. Hours are drawn down as we work for you, unused hours never expire, and you top up when you need more. No monthly fees.

Your Annual Home Care Plan

Once a year we walk the whole house with you in an Annual Home Review. You get an Annual Home Care Plan: what your home needs this year, scheduled and managed, a Five-Year Capital Plan for the bigger projects ahead, with rough budgets, and a Home Manual that records how your house works.

We manage trades on your behalf

We contract licensed, vetted and insured trades from our network, schedule them, supervise the work on-site and stand behind the result. Trade work is billed through Zebrano, on one invoice.
