Estate-level maintenance and trade management for the Bridle Path's largest homes.
On an estate-scale property, the hard part is coordination: dozens of systems, dozens of trades and a schedule that never stops. That is what a Zebrano Home Manager does. We keep the full service calendar, contract and oversee each trade, and handle small-scale refreshes, from closets to millwork to painting, on one invoice.
The Annual Home Care Plan and its Five-Year Capital Plan give owners a clear view of what the property will need and roughly what it will cost.
An estate with a generator, a pool, a wine cellar and a smart-home system joins Zebrano with its service records scattered across several vendors and years. The Home Manager's first Annual Home Review walks every system and finds what was deferred before the house arrived: a generator never load-tested, pool equipment past its service, a cellar cooling unit nearing the end of its life. The Home Manager sequences the licensed, vetted and insured technicians so each system is serviced, tested and recorded in turn, and is on site for the visits that matter. Every service lands in the Annual Home Care Plan, and replacements are budgeted in the Five-Year Capital Plan.
The Bridle Path in North York has some of the largest residential lots in Toronto, with estate homes, extensive grounds and complex systems: generators, pools, wine cellars, smart-home and security systems.
