One call for repairs, maintenance and small-scale refreshes in Deer Park.
Zebrano looks after Deer Park homes the same way we look after every house: one Home Manager, a yearly maintenance plan, and licensed, vetted and insured trades contracted and overseen by us. Repairs, seasonal maintenance and small-scale refreshes all go through one call.
An early 20th-century house near a ravine edge joins Zebrano, and its first Annual Home Review finds damp at the base of a basement wall. The grading from an earlier landscaper sends water toward the house, and the eavestroughs went years without care before it joined. The Home Manager sends a plumber to scope the older drain and a trade to regrade and clear the eavestroughs. The backlog is fixed rather than patched, with downspouts extended away from the house and a backwater valve proposed where the drain has none. The work is recorded in the Annual Home Care Plan, and what remains goes into the Five-Year Capital Plan, so the house starts its first year on a plan.
Deer Park combines detached and semi-detached early 20th-century houses with ravine edges and newer custom homes, close to Yonge and St. Clair.
